A new revenue line from everyday spending.

Raffle House, one of the UK’s leading prize-draw sites, earned all its income from ticket sales with no way to monetise customers once they’d hit their limit.

A white-label Spendstream rewards programme turned their members’ everyday shopping into commission revenue and free prize-draw entries.

One revenue stream,
and a ceiling on it

Raffle House lets customers win their dream home through prize-draw tickets. But every customer eventually reaches the amount they’re comfortable spending on tickets, and at that point, there was no further way to create value from them.

A single revenue source

All income came from ticket sales and subscriptions. Once a customer hit their spending limit, the relationship had no further commercial upside.

A white-label rewards programme, powered by everyday spending

Spendstream gave Raffle House a fully branded gift card programme: customers buy gift cards for their own use across 200+ brands, including the major supermarkets, and earn one free prize-draw entry for every £10 they spend.

Branded as Raffle House

A white-label rewards experience under Raffle House’s own brand — no platform for them to build.

Free entries on everyday spend

One free prize-draw entry for every £10 spent at any brand — turning routine shopping into more chances to win.

200+ brands, including supermarkets

Customers buy discounted gift cards for the brands they already shop with every week.

Commission paid monthly

Spendstream earns commission on each purchase and pays it to Raffle House monthly — a brand-new revenue line.

The message to the customer

“You could win a house from your regular everyday spending. Why would you not do it?”

Why Raffle House
chose Spendstream

Raffle House chose Spendstream for its 20+ years of experience in the cashback and rewards space, the quality of its brand network, and the fact that gift cards are always instant — for the best possible customer experience.

This collaboration allows us to offer our customers more value and excitement. By earning entries through their everyday shopping, customers are more engaged and have more chances to win, enhancing their overall experience with our brand.

Three months in, the results

Even promoted from a secondary position, partway down the order-confirmation page, after a popup, the programme drove real engagement and revenue, with strong month-on-month momentum.

+44%
Average spend, month on month

Active customers averaged three purchases a month at £56.12 each, mostly at supermarkets - spending around 57 seconds on site per visit. Gift card average order value rose over 40% across the three months, an uplift the team expects to hold permanently.

What this can mean as the audience grows.

Customers celebrating a competition win

Modelled on the observed average spend, at a 1.5% average commission rate: 10,000 active customers would generate around £303,000 in annual commission for Raffle House; 50,000 would generate over £1.5M.

Illustrative only — a projection based on observed averages, not actual Raffle House figures. Real outcomes depend on audience size, engagement and commission terms.

Room to grow

Huge opportunities for growth

The results above came from a single, secondary touchpoint on the confirmation page. With more exposure, the team expects engagement to climb well beyond where it is today.

More touchpoints

Email to the customer database, inclusion in marketing comms, and a dedicated section in the account area are all still to come.

Momentum is early

At only three months live, month-on-month growth of +73% in transactions and +44% in average spend points to a curve that's still rising.

The model

Delivered as white-label or via API

Raffle House launched on the fully managed white-label option: the least input on their side and the quickest route to market. For teams that prefer to integrate rewards into their own environment, the same engine is available via API.

White-label platform

Fully managed and branded as yours, live in about an hour with no developer time - the route Raffle House took.

Both options share the same merchant network, fraud protection, open banking AIS capability, and managed operations. The choice is about how you want to integrate it, not what's behind it.
